We are open Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday on the Canada Day weekend.

10 am to 5 pm. Come by for a visit!

This year marks Canada’s 150th Birthday. What better time to come out and enjoy our railway heritage!?

We will be open on July 1st and we will be hosting a special traveling exhibit.

Come on by! Bring your young ones (and your older ones, too!).

The Sask. Railway Museum offers training for new volunteers.

The first training session will be held May 13th at 10 am at the museum.

Victoria Day weekend is our season opener.

We open Saturday, May 20th at 10 am and will be open Sunday and Monday as well, 10 am to 5 pm.

Our usual opening days are Fridays to Sundays, 10 am to 5 pm, and holiday Mondays.

We are closed to the public on Tuesdays and Wednesdays unless prior arrangements have been made.

The Sask. Railway Museum on the Pike Lake Highway is looking for one or two summer students to work through the summer. Check our job posting on SaskJobs!

The 2017 Operating Season will begin on May 20th with our opening.

Note the museum is usually just open Fridays to Sundays and holiday Mondays.

The SRHA, operators of the Sask. Railway Museum, held a successful annual general meeting on January 23rd. The Annual Report of activities of the meeting were released, here:

A new Executive was elected and affirmed. They are: Cal Sexsmith, Keith Flory, Bill Rafoss, Linda Flory, and Jeremy Lee.

The Saskatoon Heritage Festival will be held Sunday, February 5th at the WDM from 12 noon to 5 pm.
